Do you produce OEM/ODM brands or designs?
Yes, we have our own R&D department and can create designs tailored to your needs.
How can I get a sample? How long will it take to receive the samples?
We will send you the e-catalogue to choose a design. Once selected, we will send meter-long samples to you via DHL. The delivery time is approximately one week.
How can I get a sample to confirm the quality?
1)You can email us your name, address, and mobile number, along with the details of the products you are interested in. Please specify the composition, texture, weight, width, and any other relevant details. We will then send samples based on your requirements.
2)Alternatively, you can send us your original samples, and we will match them accordingly.
What types of certificates of origin can you provide?
We can provide various certificates of origin, including CO, Form E, Saber, and more.
What types of transportation can you support?
We can handle all types of transportation, including full container loads (FCL), less-than-container loads (LCL), air freight, and rail.
What are the payment terms of your company?
For new customers, the payment terms are T/T with a 30% deposit and the balance paid before shipment, or L/C at sight. After several orders and successful cooperation, we can discuss more favorable payment terms.
